I have developed Red Spots all on my legs, my shoulders, and also on my arms. They are flakey and they itch so bad that i want to grab a pumice stone and scratch them off. I dont know what they are, I have never had them before and if it is Eczema how do I get rid of them? I think I have tried everything from changing my bath soap, to changing the soap I wash my clothes in. Any Ideas?
