is it normal to have major blisters after applying canthacur. and is it going to be ok. there are big blisters

i applied in small amounts bairly covering the warts. the warts were very small. i did get some on my skin. i washed it off in about 3 hours. peices of skin came of in my fingers. the blisters got very big. is it going to scar? should i be worried.
