im a male around 22, for a week ago i started to get very itchy white/red spots near penis area, after 2-3 days I got spots alm

the red spots only appears when you scratch, for myself i think is because the weather in UK is dry, or the place where I live got some small insects which bites, I live in Greenwich. This has never happened to me before

 Also is only appears does places where I sweat a lot

for body i mean inside hand and finger, stomach, back, legs, arm, armhole, up to the neck.

I shower two times a day, regulary so i dont know whats wrong, I eat healthy aswell
