The tiny white headed pimples are ant bites. To help make them go away, try taking warm bathes to help sooth your skin, also try rubbing on Neosporin, hydrocortisone,or after bite, these medications will help your skin to get rid of the bites and you can buy the medications at CVS,Wal-Greens,or Wal-Mart.You can also try putting warm washclothes on the bitten area's of your legs to help de-inflammatate the bites.-Hope this helps, message me on my whiteboard for further questions.
