I have a rash on my hands(fingers, palms and back of hands), elbows, knees, and feet. These are the only place it has appeared so far. They are wart-sized itchy bumps, much like mosquito bites, but only in these localized areas. The ER doc said possible HFMD? I don't agree. Could they possibly be seed warts? Or some sort of insect bite? Or just some weird annoying rash? Please let me know what you think.
