I have these little white bumps on wrist and finger that itch bad. Heard it was some kind of fungus.

On the insides of all my fingers but my thumb and on the underside of my wirst are these little opaqe dots that itch so bad. They itch some days more than others. I have scratched some of them so bad they are scabbed over and they still itch.
