I HAVE LUMPS THAT APPEAR UNDER MY SKIN

Well thay been coming and going for the last 3 years,They mostly appear in the under arm section.They last for about 1 to 2 weeks then go away and wont come back for like 5 months,also they hert and get swollend up! So is there anyway u can let me know what i can do to get rid of this! Or do i have to go see a DR.? THANK U SO MUCH FOR UR TIME!!
