I guess the details are in my question. I have small bumps that have slowly been growing and appearing over the past couple years. Some have stopped growing and are no bigger than the diameter of a little pea. They do not stick out that far though. They are noticeable, though. They are the same texture as my skin and only tinted a little more pink than my skin or the same color as my skin. They do not itch or burn or have any pain, even when I touch them. I do not have money to see a doctor about it but would like to know if it sounds serious or canerous or dangerous. Thank you.
