I have a sore on the right hand side of my breast. small raised red bump.

Details were I stopped pumping one month ago on that side because of clogged ducts reoccring on that side.  I figured that because of continuous pumping the pump rubbing gave me sores.  I had 3 sores and 2 are almost gone and 1 is still there with a pimple type head on it.  It is the size of a pea and is raised and the red with.  I figured the sore should be gone by now?
