I have a ruptured blood vessell above my left eye lid that looks horrible and has never gone away. Ive had it prb 10 yrs now...h

My Dr. said they dont treat them unless they are giving me trouble but I look ugly with it..It looks like a big puffy red wart and make up doesnt completely cover it
