i have a rash between my inner thighs but has bee nsperading littel by littel but doesnt realy itch that much is there some kind

iv had it for a while but i dont know how i got it i havent had sex at all i play sports football and wrestle but this rash is like spreading realy slow like sometimes it gets itchy but only like when i work out can i put some anti fungul cream or something
