I have a raised rash on my tail bone area, in the shape of a half ring, and it does not itch. I have been putting neosporin on

I am 55 years old (young) and have never experienced this before.

We had our family here for a visit with two young kids (3yrs.-1yr.) and

a dog.  I at first thought I might have ringworm, but this rash does not

itch.
