I had a bump on my inner thigh...

It was almost transparent and not too big, about average for a pimple. I squeezed it and out came what it looked like was eggs or little tiny sacs. Well I was a little nervous and shocked and I squeezed the sacks and they popped like water. What could this be I have had 2 not far from the other?
