I get blisters on my fingers?

on my right hand my fingers will break out in blisters. They itch are sore and sting sharp pains. This has been occuring for about 2 years now. Now hand medications have worked so far. In the beginning it started off on one finger. now its on three fingers. WHAT COULD THIS BE?
