I burned my top lip on cheese from a microwave pizza about 5 months ago. It turned into a blister and scabbed.

I pulled the scab off because it was hanging on by just a little skin. Although the spot where the blister was looked slightly different I thought it had heeled. But last week my upper lip started becoming very scaley, painful and tight when I smile, even to the point of bleeding. What can I do?
