how do you treat hives or a skin rash that just appears on differen spots on my body

out of nowhere small scatered rashlike bumps showed up on the side of my stomach, then on the side of my breast, then my thigh. but my thigh loked like a ring worm.  i have a dog that sometimes gets in my bed, I don't really take vitamins, and mold on my bathroom ceiling where i cant reach, could these thins do this to my body?
