After showering, i get a hot rash which is only on the left side on my face and neck. It doesnt seem to matter what face wash i use, but it could be the heat of the shower, but why only on one side? It takes about 20 mins to fade.
I also have dry skin on my upper arms, which appear in patches. At first i thought it might be ringworm, but after applying antifungal cream for 2 months and having no effect, it cant be that. The dry patches are not itching, but just look horrible.
