Hi, I have a small 1/4" hard lump under the skin on the top of my right thigh. I only notice it when I apply lotion.

It isn't painful but I've been squeezing the heck out of it and now its bruised and a little sore.  I thought if it was cellulite bump it might break up and go away.   It hasn't.
