HELP! What do I have?!

Just a week ago, I started breaking out in a very fine bumpy, red rash on my shins. It soon spread to all of my lower leg, then moved to my forearm and spread all up my arm from there. Yesterday, it moved to my neck and cheeks. It's very itchy, and is worse at night. It only burn if I scratch.
There has been no change in my routine except for a new type of birtch control. I had a child 12 weeks ago, and just started a new round of the Nuvaring. I took it out as soon as I thought it was an allergic reaction. That was 6 days ago and no improvement. I had my GP give me Clarinex and thus far no change. Anyone had anything like this, or any suggestions to help? It's driving me nuts!!!!!!!
