LaLa Land Bath Salts 1 T epsom salt 4T dead sea salt (or sea salt) valerian root (2 droppers full alcohol tincture or 1 T dried herb) 1 bag chamomile tea (or 2 T dried chamomile flowers) 10 drops lavender essential oil
directions ~if you are using using dried valerian root or full chamomile flowers, crush dried botanicals with a mortar and pestal or put all ingredients in a ziploc and crush with the flat side of a meat tenderizing mallet. ~add the salts to your crushed herbs and mix in remaining ingredients ~draw a warm bath and add your mixture to the running water ~hop in and soak your your way to relaxations ~after your soak, massage fresh cut herbs bath & massage oil into damp skin
