Hi
Rash is a general term under-which many type are described, and one of the types of rash is Erythema Marginatum which appears as pinkish rings slightly raised above the level of skin. And erythema Marginatum is one of the 5 major criteria for diagnosing Rheumati Fever.

I am a student trying to do a case study I need to rule out rhuematic fever. The child has a rash but it is not described. I want to make sure that rash and erthema marginatum are not synonymous.
