Hello this is my first post. On my upper inner thighs (like where my thighs touch). I sometimes have a little wetness and now i have devloped a little skin rash. Sometimes it will go away, depending on how dry i keep my self. But now it has gotten to to the to to the point in where it is burning, itching, and is very dry. If it is wet when i itch its like alot of build up dirt. Do you have any advice for me at all?
