burning sensation on skin from left abdomen to left kidney area, red bumps with chalky substance, red blotchy skin and hives

I have a burning sensation on my skin from the left side of my abdomen to the left side of my back around the kidney area, i have been getting hives and my skin gets discolored, red blotchy skin, and i have little bumps on my abdomen that contain a chalky like substance what can this be?
