bumps on the ear after piercing

I reciently got my ears pierced and I began to notice that there ar small lumps on my right ear. The bumps aren't visible but you can fell them with your finger. I was wondering if that my be a sign of a keloid or if it could just be an infection from my hair product because I ware  my hair tucked behind my ear
