Breast soreness and red pimple-like bumps in armpits?

over the past four days I've been experiencing breast soreness and small red pimple-like sores under my armpits.  i just restarted birth control pills about 3 days ago.  Could the pill be causing my breast soreness?  i've been getting the red bumps for years but they've always gone away on their own.  however, currently i have about three of the pimple like bumps in my armpit.  are the bumps related to my deoderorant or irritation from my bra?  how can i treat
