Boost Your Vitality

Vitality is one of the best sources of beauty. Now a study has found that you can significantly increase your vitality and sense of well being by just spending 20 minutes a day in a park or other natural setting. Often when people go outside they are socializing with others or getting some exercise, but the study found that even controlling for the absence of these, just spending the time in the natural setting brings the boost to vitality and energy levels.
