Bianca Gascoigne is the subject of anAwfulPlasticSurgery.compost. This is probably a case of Tuberous Breasts years after simple implant placement. I'd wager the breast skin envelopes were pretty uneven to start and bagging her surgeon is probably not warranted. Implant results often need revision when the problem for which they were placed is complicated. Tuberous breasts are not always straight-forward.
