It gets red after he gets out of the bath and i have been bathing him in cetaphyl wash and putting cetaphil lotion on him too. It just keeps getting worse, and it started 2 weeks ago. I dont know what it is but its really rough to the touch and it has spread all over his tummy and back and even a few bumps on his legs. They are really tiny and close together and they arent in patches, they are just randomly everywhere.
