what do i have????

I have tiny round itchy red spot on my legs, torso, back and arms but mainly on my torso. Each morning i end up with a new one. i do have a ring worm on my shoulders but its much bigger then the tiny rounds ones their are about a pimple size and my ring worm is about 2 inches long and a inch wide.
