what are this white tiny bumps on my lips?

i have these tiny (as small as a little blackhead) white bumps on my vagina and upper inner thigh... Today, i was applying lipgloss and i noticed i had them on my mouth lips?!?!?! I'm so scared! i have no idea what they are...they don't hurt and don't itch much... what are they? btw i'm sexually active...
