Victoria Beckham’s Sassy New Do

Posted Nov 04 2009 10:04pm

Victoria Beckham unveils her latest haircut at New York Fashion Week

Victoria Beckham unveiled a super short new do at the Marc Jacobs Spring 2009 show at New York’s Fashion Week this week. The gamine crop looks like a nod to Bond-era Halle Berry, with a dash of Audrey Hepburn thrown in.

Explaining the radical new look, Beckham told The Daily Telegraph: “You know, I just like to change things up. I get bored very, very quickly and I just fancied a change.”

Posh Spice’s last hairdo was a bob – christened ‘the Pob’ – and became one of the most requested looks in hair salons up and down the country. She has also tried out hair extensions and a bleached blonde look.

The strapless black dress that Beckham is sporting is one of her own designs. The ex-Spice has launched her first fashion collection in New York with a range of dresses. The collection hits shops in February and has a “1940s/1950s underwear feel, very simple but fabulous”, according to the woman herself.

What do you think? Will you be racing to the nearest salon for this cut?
