Spring Skin – Part 1

Posted Jan 15 2010 10:06pm

When spring comes around, the big new make-up trend will be focused on natural beauty which looks flawless and wonderfully perfect. Whilst you can fake a gorgeous complexion to a certain extent with makeup, nothing looks better than great skin.

Start a new routine now to get your skin glowing by spring time.

For the first part of your new skincare routine, a good cleanser is vital. The perfect cleanser should leave the skin feeling clean and refreshed, without drying it out.

Here’s my pick of top cleansers from Only Nature:

Priori Facial Cleanser (PRIORI IDEBENONE) - A Gently exfoliating cleanser for most skin types, (not for hypersensitive skin) deep cleans the skin without compromising the skin barrier function. Idebenone, AHA and BHA help to reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and photodamage. Has a fresh cucumber scent, while being artificial fragrance free, oil free, non-comedogenic.

Dermaquest Glyco Creamy Cleanser – Formulated to thoroughly and deeply cleanse without causing dryness and irritation. It contains Glycolic Acid [15%] at a 3.25 pH for a smoother skin texture and a softer, more refined skin.

Dr Sebagh Breakout Foaming Cleanser – Use daily, on oily or acne-prone skin, to remove all traces of dirt and make-up including mascara. This effectively treats breakouts and excess oil without drying out the skin. Cleans and prepares oily skin for breakout treatment.
