Clean you facial skin twice a day, with dermato-cosmetic products, that use special recipes for acne, and oily predisposed complexion. Also, you must pay attention and not over react with cleaning your face too often. In this way you will eliminate the natural protective barrier from skin surface and you can cause aggressive dehydration.
Because sun exposure and hot air lead to dehydration, it is recommended to use a hydrating cream, but not fattening, with SPF if possible, early in the morning and also when you go to bed. It’s a must: Drink 2l of water daily.
Using products with UV rays protection: SPF is recommended for any type of skin, but it is a real necessity when it comes to acne problems. Even more, if you follow a medical treatment, creams like Retin-A or any other anti-acne medical treatments, use a minimum 30 SPF.
If you use make-up, go for fluid foundation but try to avoid it as much as possible.
