If you indulged too much over the Easter break with chocolate, roast dinner and wine, then you might want to take it a bit lighter this week. Opt for salad with plenty of raw vegetables, fresh fruit salads and plenty of juices and smoothies. Make sure you drink plenty of water to flush out toxins, and take part in plenty of exercise. Stretch out with yoga moves and get your heart rate up with some cardio! By the end of the week you’ll feel refreshed and invigorated and your skin will be glowing.
