Howdy

I don't think I've touched falsies since my last youtube video, so I've had a chance to experiment with a few different mascaras. I save time by using falsies, but I'm so bored with my look...I'm just changing things up no matter how little difference they make. I never like Maybelline mascaras so I was pleasantly surprised by their Volum' Express Turbo Boost. The volumizing wasn't amazing, but I thought that they made my lashes look pretty well defined and clump-free. Any life changing mascaras out there you'd like to recommend?Photobucket
My makeup has been pretty dull lately. I bought Smashbox's holiday set of lipglosses at Sephora a few days ago. I bought it last year and liked them so I didn't want to pass them up this year. I photo whored around with a few of the different shades. I already had my face washed so I didn't want to reapply any face makeup. I just applied some black shadow as liner and mascara.
This one is 'Candy'. I think this one looks better in person.

'Aura'

This one's the darkest shade(forgot the name and I'm not near them at the moment). It looks like a vampy dark red in the tube, but it's more of a sheer fuschia. I don't think this color likes me.

Here's the set...

I bought this Profusion palette for $6.50 at Ross. The shadows are great, and the blushes are seriously PIGMENTED. I prefer sheer blushes, but since I like the colors I just apply them with a very light hand.

I just bought Benefit's High Beam and love it. I just mixed a tiny bit of it with Olay moisturizer and applied it all over my face here. This is obviously from before I cut my bangs shorter.
