You’ll need your dried-up gel eyeliner, a hair dryer and a microwave-save container.
Place the gel eyeliner jar (closed) into the container and close the lid.
Warm up the gel eyeliner using the hair dryer on medium heat.
When you've gotten bored of heating it through the container, heat directly but will the lid still closed.
Do this until the surface of the gel eyeliner looks slightly glossy.
