Follow a good skin care routine cleanse-tone-moisturise twice a day with suitable products. You can't experiment much with you are pregnant. While I cannot guarantee that this may suit you let me suggest some mild home remedies.
1. Mint Leaves. Squeeze some juice and mix with lemon juice and rosewater and apply. Avoid lemon juice in case of sensitive skin. Wash off after 15 minutes. Do this everday and use a good moisturiser afterwards.
2. Soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds overnight. Grind it in to a paste in the morning and mix with yogurt. Apply, let it dry and wash off.
3. If you have dandruff, treat that first. Also change your pillow cases regularly and keep your hair away from face.
