Intake of bitter gourd juice helps to control diabetes.

Soak some mango leaves in water for overnight. Drink this solution in an empty stomach.

A tablespoon of indian gooseberry juice added in a cup of bitter gourd juice when consumed for about 2 months helps in controlling diabetes.



Eat tender curry leaves twice a day to reduce sugar level.

Including water melon in your diet will also help to control glucose level.

Grape juice is also very helpful in controlling diabetes.

Add 3 tablespoons of cinnamon powder to 1 liter of water. Boil it for 20 minutes. Strain this water and drink it on regular basis to control diabetes.

Take two teaspoons of powdered Greek Clover seeds with milk daily.

Green tea is also useful in reducing blood sugar level.

Amla is rich in vitamin C content which is effective in controlling diabetes.
