Well, a tip for today. Appreciate your body and do not play with its routine. Give it its own time to get better by itself. The rush hour jobs of the today's lifestyle is creating a disorder with our bodies which would affect us in the future. Sleep for 8-9 hours not for beauty, but for good body which helps you to do everything you want to. And, give it proper nutrition to help it help you.
