Swap alcoholic and caffeinated drinks for water, cordials and fresh fruit juice and stick to salads and soups rather than hearty, wintry meals with mashed potato, pasta and bread. Concentrate on getting lots of nutritious meals and stay away from sugars and saturated fat, by the time you’re slipping into that bikini you’ll be in great shape!
