Do you take too much Biotin?

Biotin is a supplement often touted as being perfect to take if you want stronger hair and nails, or want to grow them more quickly. However, it is possible to overdose on Biotin and can be common, due to the fact that a deficiency in biotin is rare. So, if you take the supplement then be careful you don’t consume too much – it could raise blood sugar and lower your levels of Vitamin C as well as cause rashes.
