Dehydrated Skin Fixes

This time of year can take its toll on the skin and it isn’t just the bad weather’s fault. People tend to drink more alcohol over Christmas and New Year, which dehydrates the skin and body. It’s really important to drink lots of water at this time of year, but you can also take baths which contain oil such as olive or almond oil to encourage the skin on the body to rehydrate too.
