I've blogged in the past about a certain eye serum that I have enjoyed a lot of success with. Today, I received a phone call from that company, Elite Skin, and was told about some new products they have coming out.
Customer service is key in any skin care company. I was impressed with the customer service displayed by the makers of Elite Serum, probably the best eye serum available in 2009.
Not only did I receive a phone call to see how the serum was working for me, after six months of use, but I was also asked many questions about what other products I used, how often, etc. Caring about their customers has been the motto of Elite since they launched, and on a few occasions I was able to speak to management about their company. Not knowing my close relationship with some of the top dogs at the company, a customer service rep followed up with me yesterday, and asked me about my experience.
I was told there are 3 new products launching soon in the Elite brand. This was exciting stuff for me, and I was offered a large discount being I'm a long time customer. Here is a rundown of the new products, in case anybody is interested.
V-Covery Cream: gets rid of turkey neck and sagging skin around the neckline.
Anti Cellulite Cream: gets rid of cellulite, of course.
Anti Wrinkle Cream: reduces the appearance of wrinkles.
Apparently, there will be an entire anti aging system offered with these products, offering consumers an opportunity to save big when they order in bulk.
