WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTRE THAT DUE TO THE FORECASTED SNOW, THE LAST DAY TO PLACE UK ORDERS TO ENSURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS BEFORE CHRISTMAS IS BY
We would like to apologise if your Cult Beauty order has been delayed – this is due to a backlog of orders caused by the adverse weather conditions in the UK affecting our courier services.
Weather conditions are currently affecting all deliveries – both domestic and international and all of our couriers are working to clear their backlogs. If your order is being delivered via a trackable delivery method, you will find a tracking identification number on your order confirmation. If you can’t find that, please do email customerservice@cultbeauty.co.uk.
If you need your items to arrive before Christmas, the last date we recommend you place your order is before 2pm on the 22nd December (next day delivery option), although please be advised that if there is more snow, unfortunately we won’t be able to guarantee delivery by Christmas.
We are trying our very best to ensure the backlog is cleared and hope to have more news on the status of orders soon. Keep checking our Twitter and pages for the latest information as we have it – we are constantly monitoring weather conditions and checking with our delivery services for updates.
