Change your eating habits and lose 10 pounds in a blink

Some people are motivated by the arrival of summer for losing weight, others make dieting their daily program. No mater the reasons, I know many women who have one goal, to lose around 10 pounds, but quick.
You have to know that quick is not always good, so when trying to lose weight you should first reconsider your eating habits. Habits…are the things that you might do without considering, like, eating lots of things without even thinking about it…it’s a habit! You may say. So, my suggestion is: try observing what routines you have regarding food, and eating, in general, after wards, try to change them…it will help you not only lose weight, but also keep it…LOST! The most important thing you should consider is eating a variety of foods and eat in proportion. A sure sign that you should incorporate more variety and balance into your diet is if you can only think of a few standard meals that you cook for yourself, or if you can only name a few vegetables and fruits that you like.
Well, when I said habit, I meant more. Like: there is a slight chance that you eat roughly the same amount of food at the same time every day. While this is convenient, it is not necessary that your body agrees with you. When you eat, make a point of eating slowly and of slopping when you are full. Well, to get me better: didn’t you ever ate while cooking, even though you weren’t necessary hungry?
Our tips about changing your eating habits in order to lose weight:
Remove chicken skin: a simple way to reduce fat is to get the habit of removing the chicken breasts skin. You will find it easy to do by scraping a sharp knife perpendicular across the surfaces of the breast.
Stop eating cream cheese: while you probably already know that the cream isn’t healthy, you might not know that a toasted bagel can taste great without it.
Skip salted peanuts and chips: Peanuts and chips are great filling a snack when you are hungry, but try to eat something less salted. You will be surprised how quickly you will get used to them.
