I got a small cut on leg that will not heal. Lower leg is purple. Itching and oozing. I have had antibiotics, creams, etc.... Dr. sent me to wound center and they said it was my veins. Vein Dr sent me to dermatologist. This has been going on for 8 weeks. What type of specialist should I see?
