I met celebrity nutritionist and fitness expert Kim Snydertwo years ago, and she immediately captivated me with her bubbly personality, enthusiasm for yoga and health, and delicious raw-food recipes. (I was so swayed that I actually went raw for 6 weeks!) Her is already famous.

Kim advocates a healthy lifestyle of little-to-no dairy/meat/alcohol, ample fruits and veggies, and proper food combining–and you can see the benefits in her trim yoga body and all over her perfectly clear skin. She’s also just come out with an amazing book, called The Beauty Detox Solution, which I refer to regularly. (My number one take-away: eat fruit and salad at the beginning of your meal; your meat takes longer to digest, so eat that last.) When I decided to do beach yoga for my latest P&G challenge , I knew that Kim would be the perfect person to teach me the moves!
She was leaving that very day for New Orleans to work for 3 months with Channing Tatum on the set of his latest film (her client list reads like a Who’s Who of Hollywood: Drew Barrymore, Olivia Wilde, Uma Thurman, Owen Wilson, Fergie, Hilary Duff, Jason Bateman, etc, etc), but squeezed me in for an early morning session , showing me a series of basic poses. Believe me: basic was about all I could do!
