Are white, yellow and red bumps around the labia normal... They are only seen when the skill is stretched out?

I noticed these bumps around my labia. I was worried they were not normal so i did some researching. I wasnt sure if they were Forcye, hpv or i dont know. I came across a pic, they look like this does anyone else have these or know what they are?
