Anti Aging Books

Posted Nov 03 2008 9:02pm
With the popularity of antiaging books on the market, who has time to read them all? Below are some of the books that I've read and a little bit about each of them. If you want more information, click on the book's cover picture and you can see the titles of the chapters and a more detailed description of the book. I've used some of the information in these books on this website.
Check back often as I'll be updating this page as I come across more books about anti-aging treatments.
