There are alot of articles floating around that talk about the "best diet" for weight loss...blah, blah, blah. I'm tired of them all. I'm here to tell you that you can lose weight without ever starving yourself or denying yourself the food that you like. I know it's possible because I've been doing it all my life.
I've never once been on a "diet". Why would I do something that has "die" in it?!?
There is just way too much propaganda out there that promote diets, and granted, there are some people for various health reasons (diabetes, heart problems, etc.) that probably do need to go on certain food restrictions, but for people who simply just want to lose weight for whatever reason, there is a better way to stay healthy and still eat what you want.
